The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, facilities management, and IT oversight, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive organizational effectiveness. The Occasional/Temporary Worker will provide direct services to residential clients, including crisis intervention, monitoring, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. This role involves enforcing house rules, offering on-site counseling, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents or young adults in a human service delivery setting, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. The Bilingual Street Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in engaging and supporting youth experiencing homelessness in Washington, DC, and Prince George’s County, MD. Reporting to the PG County Drop-In Center Program Director, this position conducts mobile and on-street outreach, providing initial assessments, survival aid, crisis counseling, and transportation to safe facilities. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish), has experience working with at-risk youth, and is committed to harm reduction, racial equity, and youth empowerment. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with vulnerable populations.
