Occasional/Temporary Worker

The Occasional/Temporary Worker will provide direct services to residential clients, including crisis intervention, monitoring, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Bilingual Street Outreach Coordinator

The Bilingual Street Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in engaging and supporting youth experiencing homelessness in Washington, DC, and Prince George’s County, MD. Reporting to the PG County Drop-In Center Program Director, this position conducts mobile and on-street outreach, providing initial assessments, survival aid, crisis counseling, and transportation to safe facilities. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish), has experience working with at-risk youth, and is committed to harm reduction, racial equity, and youth empowerment. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with vulnerable populations.
