Behavioral Health Clinician

The Behavioral Health Clinician will provide on-site counseling and clinical support to young people at Philip Reid House, SBY’s shelter and transitional housing program for youth up to age 24. This role delivers individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation groups while collaborating with staff and community partners to develop person-centered treatment plans. The Clinician will help youth build stability and well-being in a program that values small caseloads, no billing quotas, and real investment in your growth.

Lead Credible Messenger

The Lead Credible Messenger will mentor court-involved young people ages 14–21, leading individual and group counseling sessions rooted in restorative justice and the Covenant of Peace curriculum. This role supports youth in building skills and connections to successfully transition out of the juvenile justice system while coaching families through the court process and linking youth to education, employment, and community resources.

Education and Employment Coach

The Education and Employment Coach will support young people exiting the juvenile justice system in reaching their academic and career goals through the Resilient Scholars Program. This role creates individualized Education Plans, oversees tutoring services, and facilitates workshops on topics like GED prep, college access, and job readiness — collaborating closely with families, school staff, and SBY’s College and Career team.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or a related field, or brings three or more years of experience working with justice-involved youth. Join Sasha Bruce Youthwork and help young people build a clear, supported path forward.
