The Case Manager is responsible for connecting with and working successfully alongside youth and families, using their expert knowledge to help sustain program requirements within Bruce House, a 24- hour short-term crisis residential facility. This position is Monday-Friday 2:30-10:30PM. Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be focused on full cycle recruiting, responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding exceptional candidates to support our mission of ending youth homelessness in the DC region. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by ensuring we have a strong and diverse workforce.
The Downtown Drop In Center Project Coordinator works with onsite staff and volunteers to maintain a low barrier program, using harm reduction strategies to engage program participants. The Project Coordinator also collaborates with other staff to provide life skills trainings and other socio-cultural activities in an effort to support their successful transition to self-sufficiency. This is a part-time position on Tuesdays 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Under the supervision of the Chief of Programs, the Family and Community Liaison (FCL) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Clay Terrace Family Success Center, including compliance with all contractual agreements, personnel, partnerships, program implementation, program finances, administrative systems and daily reporting. The FCL serves as a liaison to SBY’s administrative staff, other SBY programs, and the community at large.
